There is only one of you. In many years of sharing healing sessions with people, I have discovered that each one is unique. Your experience, symptoms, conditions and story is unique. Your uniqueness is what makes my work so fascinating and rewarding. Seeing you feel better and later hearing your feedback is what I love about this work.

Every individual is a unique opportunity.

Maladies, I’ve had them – as you have too. For me, celiac disease and a hyperactive thyroid to name a couple. Symptoms included: fatigue, brain fog, aching joints, digestive distress, eczema, chronically infected sinuses, peripheral neuropathy, loss of muscle strength, weight gain and loss.

Intrinsic to being able to help others, is having done some work myself. In fits and starts at times. Attention to many areas of my wellness: nutrition, time for reflection, time outdoors, spiritual understandings, appreciation for life, understanding my past, facing changes I need to make (sometimes fun and sometimes not so fun), further educating myself and constantly being open to new possibilities and perspectives.

My wide background of life and healing experiences/practices/education: mother, celiac, caregiver to those with cancer, hospital and home birth, event planner, reiki practitioner, intuitive listening, curanderismo and wellness coaching enable me to understand and be open to the challenges of the people whom I share holistic healing sessions with.

The silver lining to a car accident in 2007 was that amid many doctors appointments and therapeutic treatments I was diagnosed with celiac disease. What a relief! Finally, an explanation after almost 9 years of ailments just went away with removing gluten from my diet – a profound and relatively rapid transformation.
